c. margarine, softened

c. white sugar

tsp. vanilla
1
½ tsp. almond flavouring

large eggs

c. flour
·
Beat margarine and sugar together with flavorings.
·
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
·
Stir in flour.
·
Spread 2/3 of the batter over a cookie sheet.
·
Top with fresh saskatoons.
·
Drop remainder of batter by spoonsful over top.
·
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min. until firm and golden.

while hot with:
